The coated webbing products (or series) we extrude are known as “rolled goods.” With several extrusion lines, we have the flexibility and capacity to meet any size order. We sell these rolled goods to BioThane^® distributors and original equipment manufacturers, who transform the rolls into finished goods ready for retail.

Gold 100 & 300 BioThane® Webbing Look:  Smooth Gloss Feel:  It is hard to the touch with good flexibility. In cold temperatures the flexibility of the webbing is good. It has a high hand tackiness which makes it easy to grip. The coating characteristics allows for easy cutting, punching and welding
Granite(TM) BioThane® 230 Webbing Look:  Leather Grain Matte Feel:  It is hard to the touch with good to excellent flexibility. In cold temperatures the flexibility of the webbing is good. It has a medium hand tackiness which makes it easy to grip. These coating characteristics allow for easy cutting, sewing, riveting and welding.
Diamond 400 BioThane® Webbing Look:  Smooth Gloss Feel:  It is very hard to the touch with fair flexibility. In cold temperatures the flexibility of the webbing is poor. It has a low hand tackiness which makes it moderately easy to grip. These coating characteristics allows for easy cutting, punching and welding
Griamond® 430 BioThane® Webbing Look:  Leather Grain Matte Feel:  It is very hard to the touch with good to excellent flexibility. In cold temperatures the flexibility of the webbing is good. Foam 960 BioThane® Webbing Look:  Smooth Matte Feel:  It is soft to the touch with excellent flexibility. In cold temperatures the flexibility of the webbing is good to excellent. It has a medium hand tackiness which makes it easy to grip. The coating characteristics allow for easy sewing because stitches actually bury into the coating.
